Our Partnership with Wilderness Safaris
Wilderness Safaris and Olympus are using their high-end services and combined passion for wildlife photography to ensure the ongoing conservation of Africa’s remote wilderness areas, while contributing to the empowerment of local people through conservation education.
The two main elements of the partnership are focused on enhancing photographic skills for interested guests and guides in all regions where Wilderness Safaris operates, and to make a positive impact on social development by supporting our "Children in the Wilderness" scholarship program for secondary and tertiary education.
During a stay an the Wilderness camps you have access to a variety of Olympus equipment for you to try. Also the Wilderness guides are equipped with these Olympus cameras and have therefor excellent knowledge to share recommendations for taking that ultimate shot. With lots of experience in the field, and taking numerous photographs daily, these guides are in the best position to guide you on your Wilderness photographic journey!
Whether birds, animals, star trails, macro imagery or landscapes... the Wilderness guides are able to provide welcome insight on how to perfectly capture the spirit of an African safari.
