Insomnia! I woke at 1.30 am, by four I realised that I wasn't falling back to sleep. I picked up my camera bag and walked down to the beach for a mindful moment watching the sun rise. A bank of clouds obscured the horizon, but then the sun broke through it. Everyday nature at its most wondrous.
